In 2006, PB underwent a corporate restructuring that enhanced our capabilities to help meet the rapidly changing needs of our clients.

The new structure consolidated PB's six operating companies into three, reflecting the firm's global reach and a healthy balance among the key dimensions of our clients' business - markets, services and geography. By integrating the firm's array of infrastructure services, we broadened our ability to provide complete solutions to clients anywhere in the world.

The three operating divisions are the Americas (North and South America), International (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Australia), and Facilities (facility operation and maintenance along with U.S. Federal Government contracting).
