With multidisciplinary expertise and global resources, we can see projects through their entire life cycles, from site acquisition through zoning and permitting, environmental evaluations, design, construction, and closeout. We can apply a task-oriented approach to small-scale projects, or ramp up quickly for large, fast-moving rollouts. PB also has extensive "due diligence" experience related to acquisition or evaluation of existing wireless sites, including monopoles, self-supporting and guyed towers, smokestacks, telephone poles, rooftops, and water towers. We have advised clients on pending transactions involving over 1,000 sites throughout the U.S. Our knowledge of the environmental process helps to smooth out the NEPA compliance and SHPO evaluation aspects of a project.
