To Submit Your Article
Send or e-mail article, graphics and disk to the contact person named or to: John Chow, New York, chow@pbworld.com, 1-212-465-5249.
Original Graphics (the best way)
Please provide original graphic documents for the graphic designer to scan, in black & white and/or in color, in one of the following forms:
• 35mm slides • photos • 35mm negatives
Why black and white?
PB Network is a black and white document.
Why color?
When PB Network goes on the web, we like to use the color images.
Why originals?
For printed artwork, please try to provide original as opposed to photocopied printed artwork to insure legibility. If you can only provide a photocopy, please make sure it is legible.
Electronic Files
Please provide electronic files:
• In the following formats ONLY (no other formats are acceptable): bitmap, tiff, eps, jpeg and psd.
• In a size measuring at least 7 inches wide
• With a resolution of at least 300 dpi . Artwork embedded in a document is only 72 dpi, which is not good enough for print. If all you have is a screen capture, you must send the original screen capture file along with your article. We can use embedded artwork only for positioning, not for printing.
Make sure to include the name of the photographer for each photograph submitted.
Note about Screening: If any artwork contains a screen (percentage of color) or some intricate grid, please also submit a copy of the art without these and we will add them.
