. UProject Manager Arnie Rosenberg was instrumental to the project's success. His achievements included negotiating an active public approval process to address the community's diverse interests along with the City Council's political and economic expectations.
It was a task perfect for Arnie, who considers "being able to organize and plan—both strategically and tactically" his favorite project responsibility. Along with Austin-Bergstrom, Arnie is most proud of his work at both Washington National and Dulles International Airports, where he managed engineering and design on the $2.1 billion capital improvement program and as the Project Director for the New Cincinnati Reds Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Charles E. Griffith III singled out Arnie in his letter of commendation to PB: "It is rare that a city government has the occasion to 'adopt' an outsider as one of its own. In the case of Mr. Rosenberg, it was our honor to do so. The people, tools and approach brought by PB...undoubtedly contributed to the program's successful on-time, on-budget record of performance."
