As project manager on behalf of Hamilton County, PB coordinated and performed oversight for all aspects of the ballpark design and construction process, with responsibility for ensuring the project’s compliance with the set scope, schedule and budget.
For the pre-design and design phase, PB oversaw the development of the program for the design and construction of the ballpark, including project scheduling, project budgeting, reviewing design documents, and maintaining the quality control program. For the construction phase, PB confirmed that the constructibility, coordination and bidability reviews of the project bid packages were completed prior to their issuance by the construction manager, and monitored the issuance of trade contracts to the successful bidders upon the approval of the owner. In addition to bidding and contracting, PB was responsible for project control, project cost management, permit coordination, and quality management.
PB worked with the project’s construction manager and architect to manage and coordinate the implementation of any revision to the architectural and construction programs. PB also managed the ballpark project’s relationship with other key development projects.
