PB served as program manager for ATSIC’s immense, $35 million undertaking. In addition to performing quantitative evaluation, resource assessment, and government/community coordination, PB took a primary role in working with regulatory agencies and properly addressing operation and maintenance issues. PB monitored the planning, design, and delivery of all projects. We developed training programs to bring long-term employment skills to the area.
