Among the management consulting services PB has performed are:

• Reviewing organizational structures and assessing organization readiness;
• Advising on market, financial and economic feasibility analyses of proposed development options for the canal;
• Assisting ACP in decision-making strategy on crucial issues;
• Reviewing the ACP Study Plan and leading the ACP staff through the processes of gap analysis and alternatives analysis;
• Providing advice for analyzing, evaluating and executing the canal master plan; and 
• Assessing contract delivery options in light of legal and personnel constraints

PB's essential role has been acknowledged by the ACP in its official proposal for the expansion and in its public relations campaign in support of the public referendum required to advance the project.
