control and claims management. Project control specialists provide
support on a project-by-project basis—assigned either full-time
or "on-call" as the specific project warrants.

expert witness testimony during arbitration
and litigation.

PB's project control specialists are well versed in all commercially
available project management software. We also develop proprietary
project management programs and special applications for specific
projects.
