PB has planned, designed and managed the construction of ports and
marine facilities around the world since the
early 1900's, when William Barclay Parsons advised the Isthmian Canal
Commission on the building
of the Panama Canal.

PB has completed a wide array of assignments across the United
States, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia. We've been involved
in all development phases of waterfront industrial and marine terminal
facilities—for receiving, storing, processing and shipping
commodities by all modes of transportation. These have included
deep sea and inland ports and waterways, container and general cargo
terminals, heavy-lift installations, liquid and dry-bulk terminals
and intermodal facilities.
We've also completed numerous environmental assessments and initiatives
including dredging, land reclamation, all types of foundations and
protective structures to retain earth or to guard against wave and
storm action.
Other services we've provided include tariff studies, port management
and operations analyses and recommendations
